Specifications include, but are not limited to: replace the current pensioner processing systems with a single solution that meets OPen’s need for an innovative and modern all-in-one Integrated pension administration system. The Solution shall provide centralized defined benefit pension plan management and processing with a robust web interface for its pensioners, stakeholders, and OPen’s staff. All associated pension-related functions shall be converted to the new Solution according to a timetable that will minimize impact and reduce risks. OPen intends to enter a contract with a single vendor that will provide a high-quality, proven system, along with its implementation and ongoing support services.; The intent of the Solution is that it will be configurable, flexible, and scalable and enable the following: • Configuration of the software • Integration with third-party products and software • Modification of the COTS source code by the vendor
