Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Gilbert is soliciting proposals for – Custodial & Maintenance Services – Parking Garages and Heritage District. This is to reach the Town’s goals of enhancing service for residents and improving operations and efficiencies for the Town of Gilbert. Service Requirements: Custodial services will be rendered 7 days per week, 365 days per year including all Holidays except Christmas Day and Thanksgiving between the hours of 1 am and 6 am daily. Those services will include, yet not be limited to: Porter services at police substation room at parking garage 2. Sweep, mop, clean all clear countertops and kitchen sink. Sweep, mop Clean, sanitize, disinfect and restock with appropriate bathroom goods in the police substation. Clean, sanitize, disinfect and restock with appropriate bathroom goods in 4 restroom facilities, all surfaces / fixtures / partitions / walls / floors / doors / etc. Restroom stock supplies will be provided by the Town of Gilbert, chemicals and equipment will be supplied by contractor. Empty and reline all restroom and common area waste containers. (Dumpsters provided by Gilbert). Clean and wipe exterior waste containers daily. Broom sweep or blow clean of soil all steps and landings in the 2 – 5 story stair towers. Dust the associated handrails and hardware within the 2 – 5 story stair towers. Damp mop as needed to remove spills, spots and stains withing the 2 – 5 story stair tower steps and landings. Thoroughly clean and polish the elevator cabs and surrounding elevator wall areas. Service includes washing the floor surface, cleaning and polishing the stainless-steel walls / doors / tracks / call button areas (each level) and wiping the accessible glass panels. Pan and broom sweep to remove all litter and debris including removal of chewing gum at all entrance areas, parking spaces and drives (all 4 to 5 levels at both parking garages) throughout the garages.
