Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will tow and store any vehicles that City orders removed from any public street or highway or from private property within City, including franchise wrecker services and Nuisance Vehicle towing services as provided in Chapter 611 of the Revised Code, and will perform such other, related services as are described in this Agreement. All vehicle handling and storage required by this Agreement will be conducted at the Primary Storage Facility, except as otherwise provided. 19.2.2. Contractor will collect payments for towed vehicles online, over the phone, and at its Primary Storage Facility as provided herein and in the Operations Plan. Contractor will release stored vehicles on a timely basis to Customers when all requirements for release have been met. 19.2.3. Contractor shall assume responsibility for the tow impound lot lease payments, maintenance of the holding tank (not septic), and all utility payments including, but not limited to gas, water, sewer, and electricity upon signed contract scheduled to begin January 1, 2025.
