Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A 6,000 +/- square foot single story CMU construction with flat rubber membrane roof, slab on grade construction gas station/convenience store located at 500 Dudley Rd., Edgewood, KY 41017. • Canopy over fuel island, pole mounted display board and any other out buildings shall be removed with demolition. • All mechanical equipment including air conditioning and refrigeration units shall be removed and be disposed of in the proper manner. • Site shall be restored to grade using not less than 8” DGA material on all disturbed areas. • All hazardous material including but not limited to ACM, PCB light bulbs and ballasts shall be removed and properly disposed of. • Fuel dispensers, piping and associated equipment to be removed by others. • A 1250 +/- square foot brick veneer and wood siding one and a half story on full basement with asphalt shingle roofed residential structure located at 506 Dudley Rd., Edgewood, KY 41017. • Basement foundation, footers and basement floor shall be removed and disposed of offsite. Area shall be brought up to grade level using 95% compacted fill. • All flat concrete including but not limited to stairs sidewalks and driveway shall be removed to Right-of-Way (ROW). • All mechanical equipment including air conditioning and refrigeration units shall be removed and be disposed of in the proper manner. • All disturbed areas shall be top dressed with top soil, seeded and straw to prevent any soil erosion • All hazardous material including but not limited to ACM, PCB light bulbs and ballasts shall be removed and properly disposed of. • A 1650 +/- square foot brick veneer and aluminum siding single story slab on grade with asphalt shingle roofed residential structure with 350 +/- square foot CMU with asphalt shingle out building. Located at 430 Dudley Rd. Edgewood Ky. 41017 • Slab on grade and footers shall be removed and disposed of offsite. Area shall be brought up to grade with 95% compaction. • All flat concrete including but not limited to stairs sidewalks and driveway shall be removed to ROW and adjoining driveway with neighbor shall be saw cut and removed no more than six (6) inches from the property line. • All mechanical equipment including air conditioning and refrigeration units shall be removed and be disposed of in the proper manner. • All disturbed areas shall be top dressed with top soil, seeded and straw to prevent any soil erosion. • All hazardous material including but not limited to ACM, PCB light bulbs and ballasts shall be removed and properly disposed of.
