The New England Wheels Frontrunner Buses meet the needs of all passengers using public transportation in the State of North Dakota. The New England Wheels Frontrunner is the only known lowered floor mini-bus designed and built to provide all the features, benefits, and ride quality of a larger 40” transit bus. It remains a challenge in the remote areas of ND to have bus lifts inspected and maintenance issues taken care of timely. This typically results in the bus being out of service for 2 or more days at a time resulting in loss of income and inconvenience to the riders. The features, construction, and amenities differentiate the Frontrunner from any other available mini-bus in its class. To our knowledge, there is no direct substitute for a vehicle with this construction, passenger capacity within its Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), offering a user friendly manual ADA fold out ramp at 1.6 ramp angle, self-level air suspension on all four wheels for driver and rider comfort and fuel efficiency, quiet rattle-free ride, flat floors, low maintenance costs, and other unique features.
