Furnish labor, material and service necessary to clean out the vacant units located in preparation for re-occupy at the Highland Gardens Development located at 1818 ZW. Juneau Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53233. There is approximately 75 units that are a mixture of 1- and 2-bedroom units that need to be prepared for Temporary Relocation estimate start date on August 2024 through March 2026, as per the following scope: The contractor selected will be required to perform the following duties for each of the vacant units: • Shall provide all needed cleaning and trash removal supplies. • Remove all trash and debris, including food from appliances, and items from closets/drawers/cabinets/ect. • Clean the entire unit including store, refrigerators, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, cabinets, closets, floors, and surfaces. • Photograph finished units this will be all the rooms, fixtures, and outside/insides the appliances.
