The County intends to have a county-wide parcel remapping project completed using ESRI's parcel fabric. The County would like parcel data to be mapped using the existing GIS parcels and source documentation. The BLM PLSS dataset will be used for control. The County will provide the following data to the selected vendor for the project area: PLSS data for the entire County and any existing parcel data for reference. The County will also provide remote access to property data such as plats, surveys and deeds. If the vendor identifies additional information needs that are not listed here either before or during the project, the County will make a reasonable effort to supply the information requested. Upon selection the vendor will survey County departments to determine their specific requirements. The compiled results will be used to develop a final scope of work and schedule. The vendor will provide hands-on training in maintaining the parcel fabric using ArcGIS Pro.
