The Contractor shall: 1. Complete a minimum of four (4) surveys (listed in Section 2.10 item 1 a-c) each month, per vendor. a. CLIA surveys are assigned, the agency will assign them in addition to the four (4) minimum surveys monthly. 2. These surveys are utilized to assess compliance with federal and state health program requirements. 3. Provide safety, and quality standards that will assure the beneficiary receives safe, quality care and services. 4. Provide survey teams that utilize staff who have completed the federally required training courses, and are qualified for the surveys they are conducting, to include, but not limited to: a. Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID), b. And/or Life Safety Code (LSC) and, c. Have successfully passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) for LTCFs.
