Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specifications : Wood replacement and Painting Residence interior and exterior Contractor to Provide 1. This is a Historic structure, and all repairs and replacements will have to meet Historic guidelines. The park will supply the lumber for the repairs. 2. Prospective contractor shall Construct all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. 3. Prospective contractor shall furnish all tools, materials and equipment, and labor necessary to complete project. 4. All Work shall be done with in (30 days) from time of bid being awarded. 5. Prospective contractor shall Prevent unnecessary damage to any part of building. 6. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all post-project clean-up. 7. Prospective contractor shall remove all debris (including nails and metals, all disposable materials offsite) at the end of each workday. 8. Prospective contractor shall work during normal park business hours. 9. Prospective contractor shall schedule all work with park officials. 10. Prospective contractor shall provide one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. 11. Prospective contractor shall furnish Workmen’s Comp., General Liability Insurances. 12. Photographs may be requested by Greg Hart during the installation. 13. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for all materials deliveries and protection of during construction. 14. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for protection of building from elements during all periods of construction. 15. Prospective contractor shall be responsible for adhering to paint manufactures guidelines, labeling this includes applying during appropriate temperatures and humidity levels.
