Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 PURPOSE The DOH is issuing an RFI for a trauma registry partner for trauma registry data collection from 49 designated trauma facilities statewide. In addition to central data collection, the trauma registry must be capable of generating and running reports on data collected and accept data from other registries such as the Na�onal EMS Informa�on System dataset. 1.2 CAPABILITIES The State of South Dakota, Department of Health desires all the following abilities in the system: 1. Role based user accounts (to include different security settings and roles) 2. Foundation registry and data model with Performance Improvement 3. Ability to import legacy data 4. NTDS, ITDX, State/Regional Data Points and Submission 5. AIS 2015 Annual Licenses 6. ICD10 CM and ICD10 PCS Coding Updates/Tools 7. Potential to recognize NEMSIS UUID.
