Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nebraska City Public Schools (the “District”) is planning to add individual classroom doors to Hayward Elementary (“Project”). The Nebraska City Board of Education passed a resolution to use the design-build contract delivery system pursuant to the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act at its meeting on June 10, 2024. The District is seeking organizations and persons interested in serving as the District’s Performance Criteria Developer (“PCD”) during the Project. Any person or organization applying for consideration by the District must obtain a copy of the District’s Design-Build Contract Policy from Superintendent Mark Fritch. The policy describes the PCD’s general responsibilities.
