Client will select which post lights will receive hanging baskets. Street Trees 34 Removal of existing street trees and asiatic jasmine in tree wells. Amend tree wells with soil conditioner. Install single trunk, 1”-2” caliper Sweetbay Magnolias with 2 Tomahawk stakes installed for support. This count includes the 6 Crape Myrtles and jasmine located along Second Street Downtown Revitalization recognition wall. Concrete Planting Containers 18 Existing soil should be removed from all containers. Drainage holes should be cleared, adding more if needed. Containers should be refilled with 6” of washed river rock with fresh soil added within 2” of top of container. Each container shall be planted with 1 #3 creeping rosemary (Rosemarinus officianilis ‘Creeping’”, 1 #3 ligustrum (Ligustrum japonicum ‘Rotundifolia’), and 3 assorted 6” annual plants. Containers will be painted with an exterior, concrete paint at a color of client’s selection. Gateway Islands/Bulbouts 2 Remove Crape Myrtles at South entrance of Front Street. Each bulbout will receive 1, multi-trunk Sweetbay Magnolia (1”-2” Caliper) underplanted with Big Blue Liriope (Liriope muscari ‘Big Blue’)
