Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County's Department of Community Services is seeking bids for General Contractors for home rehabilitation and redevelopment under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The NSP program focuses on rehabilitating abandoned, vacant, foreclosed, or blighted homes and residential properties, in order to sell or redevelop such homes and properties. The program may also be used to redevelop demolished or undeveloped properties, including new construction on previously demolished sites. The program addresses rehabilitation and redevelopment for individual properties that the department has previously purchased.
