Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide pre-scheduled preventative maintenance and routine repair service. • Test, inspect, and maintain elevators and chairlifts according to the timetables of and in compliance with all national, state, local rules, codes, and regulations. • Provide factory authorized preventative maintenance and routine repair service monthly for elevators and on a quarterly for chairlifts for schools and facilities contained in the Bid Schedule. • Systematically examine, adjust, lubricate, perform routine and preventive maintenance and make repairs from normal wear and tear to elevators and/or chairlifts. • Ensure any work requiring manufacturer-specific factory training or certification is performed only by appropriately qualified personnel. • Supervise personnel used to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition. • Ensure all elevators and/or chairlifts pass inspections by the State of Georgia Department of Labor. • Provide preventive maintenance service and repairs during normal business hours, evenings, weekends, or holidays as necessary. • Perform work as scheduled by the Maintenance Department and coordinated with the school principal or building administrator...
