The selected vendor will be responsible for: • Filling in and submitting liquor application at least 30 days prior to event. • Contacting beer vendor and negotiating for the alcohol to be sold. • Providing a variety of beer options suitable for the event attendees. • Contacting ice vendor and negotiating for the amount needed to support the entirety of event. • Meeting with beer vendor to count the beer before the date of the event. • Meeting with ice vendor to receive the ice. • Communicate with the Special Events Coordinator for the set up and operation of beer sales which includes booths or tents at designated locations within the event venue. • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to alcohol sales and consumption. • Training staff in responsible alcohol service and ensuring that all servers are properly licensed, as required by law. • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the sales area throughout the event. • Handling all transactions securely and accurately, including cash and credit card payments. • Adhering to event guidelines regarding pricing, promotions, and branding. • Deliver expenditures and revenue report of beer sales to the city within 30 days after the event.
