Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Berlin will be accepting Statements of Qualifications through Tuesday, July 9, 2024 until 2:00 PM EST from qualified engineering firms for the provision of professional engineering and feasibility assessment services. All proposals must be addressed and delivered as identified herein by the date and time specified. The City of Berlin is implementing a downtown infrastructure improvement project that includes utility, stormwater, road, and sidewalk infrastructure replacement, traffic calming and safety measures, and snowmelting system integrated with the adjacent biomass facility. The City is also reviewing the potential for District Heating during this project work.
