Specifications include, but are not limited to: In support of Montana State University's mission and in an effort to maintain the highest quality services for its student athletes, coaches, and staff the University seeks experienced firms to provide a single brand of footwear, apparel, equipment and accessories for its sports teams to be used exclusively for training, practice, games, travel, being filmed by motion picture, video tape, posing for photographs, conduction or participation in camps or clinics or as is otherwise engaged in athletic activities where such attire is appropriate. Sports teams include the following: Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball; Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/ Track & Field; Women’s Volleyball; Men’s Tennis; Women’s Tennis; and Women’s Golf. Cheer Squad and Rodeo (travel and practice gear only, no uniforms). Men’s and Women’s Ski is exempt from this agreement due to the specialized nature of their equipment and apparel needs. This agreement also excludes both footballs and basketballs for competition, due to Big Sky Conference and/or NCAA exclusivity contracts.
