This project includes the renovation of an existing metal building structure into the new Center for Innovation for New Albany High School. Scope includes demoing of existing build walls, structure, and slab. Installing a new structural system to support a second floor and renovating the existing metal roofing system with a new TPO roofing system. New metal stud and gypsum walls, new LVT flooring in corridors, new tilework in bathrooms, installing new doors and windows, new curtain wall lobby, installing new overhead coiling doors, relocating equipment from existing school facility to new location, paint, ACT ceilings with grid, and all plumbing/electrical/site/structural work required to facilitate the new work.
