Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall perform the removal of existing Shingles and felt from the VIC roof and the removal of all debris from project site. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for replacing any damage, rotten decking or fascia lumber to match existing and to re-nailing lose decking or fascia. 3. Contractor shall furnish material and labor, tools, equipment to install new synthetic roof underlayment and 50-year architectural shingles (TBD) with Approx. (3627 sq. ft.) of roof area on a 6/12 pitch. 4. Ice and water shield roof underlayment to be installed at any roof pitch change and all eves. ͔ϟϙēÍīīϙċŪŘIJĖŜēϙıÍťôŘĖÍīϙÍIJîϙīÍæĺŘϙťĺϙĖIJŜťÍīīϙIJôſϙŘĺĺċϙæĺĺťŜϙϯϙƲÍŜēĖIJČŜϙÍIJîϙèĺīĺŘôîϙŘĺĺċϙôîČĖIJČϙťĺϙ match existing (Brown) Approx. 550 lin. Ft. of roof edging. 6. To have VENTED RIDGE Approx. 160 lin. Ft. with decking and underlayment to be cut approx. 2" from center line of ridge for ventilation and install new roof over Vented Ridge. 7. All Work to be done with in (90 days) from time of bid being awarded. 8. Contractor shall be responsible for re-sealing all roof penetrations and replacing any damaged decking with new decking thickness to match exiting.
