Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of a new multipurpose field, construction of a new baseball field, trails, basketball court, playground, seating and gathering areas, a pavilion, parking areas, and a grass overflow parking area. The following services will be required: site clearing, sediment control, grading, storm drainage, water main extension, stormwater management, paving, concrete work, ball field construction, landscaping, small building construction, ballfield lighting installation, field irrigation, playground installation, and all necessary means for temporary construction items including but not limited to Temporary Fencing, Sanitary Facilities, Temporary SEC's, Coordinating with Owner installations, etc.
