Specifications include, but are not limited to: Product 1: Base Daily Quantity 1A (BDQ1A) gas, 2,500 Dth/day, for a 3-year to 5-year term and an open, extended term. Responsibly Sourced Gas (RSG)/Certified Gas Price: A portion of Supply is requested with an option to provide Certified physical gas as further described later in the RFP. Product 2: Base Daily Quantity 2 (BDQ2) seasonal gas, variable up to 7,500 Dth/day, for a 3-year to 5-year term and an open, extended term. Product 3: December and February Supplemental Delivered Gas Supply, 2,000 Dth/day, for a term up to 5 years. Product 4: Asset Management Agreement (AMA) and Balancing Daily Volumes (BDV), for a 1-year to 3-year term. Product 5: Interstate Natural Gas Transmission Capacity or Long-Term Delivered Natural Gas Supplies. Product 6: Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Projects: Any projects that would (i) deliver RNG directly to Mesa’s natural gas distribution territory or (ii) deliver RNG to a pipeline that can deliver physical RNG supplies to Mesa or (iii) a project that does not physically deliver RNG supplies to Mesa, but can otherwise facilitate the exchange of value for RNG supplies.
