Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is requesting quotes for window cleaning at two of our locations. 1. ADMIN – 600 Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89106 2. ANNEX – 528 Casino Center Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89101; RTC Facilities Designee will call to schedule services once purchase order is issued. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide skilled and competent staff whenever work is performed. Clean all windows of all dirt and foreign debris. The surrounding framework and window ledges must also be wiped down. Cleaning supplies must be provided by the contractor. All safety and protection materials must be provided by the contractor. Safety vests must be worn at all times. Provide all necessary labor, equipment (including but not limited to scissor lift), materials and supervision necessary to perform the work as required. Perform work without unnecessarily interfering with other work or RTC activities. Do not show up to do work without approval from the RTC representative. The RTC has the implicit right to perform inspection of all work performed by the contractor at any time. In the event work is not satisfactory, payment will not be made until the corrective action is made, re-inspected and accepted.
