Specifications include, but are not limited to: Founders Park is an approximately 24-acre park located in the heart of historic, downtown Roswell. The park consists of five distinct historic sites: Bulloch Hall, Mimosa Hall, Holly Hill, Roswell Town Square, and Barrington Hall. The four historic home sites are associated with the original founders of Roswell and are integral to the history of the City. The park is comprised of three non-contiguous areas. The primary area contains Bulloch Hall, Mimosa Hall, and Holly Hill. Roswell Town Square and Barrington Hall are separated from the primary area by Mimosa Boulevard and Marietta Highway/SR-120, respectively. Additionally, Atlanta Street/SR-9 runs north-south along the eastern edges of Barrington Hall and Town Square. This park will provide several resources to City residents and visitors alike, including passive recreation open greenspace, heritage tourism sites, and special event venues. The City also intends to use the park for large events and festivals.
