The contractor shall provide a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPM) specifically targeting cockroaches. This plan would include all buildings and grounds associated with the University of Maine Orono campus. The contractor shall provide supervision, labor, materials, and equipment as needed to accomplish surveillance, trapping, and environmentally friendly pesticide applications as approved with local municipalities. The contractor shall employ a trained entomologist or have access to one as a consultant. Board Certified Entomologist (B.C.E.). The IPM consists of development and implementation of regularly scheduled pest management services, routine and special meetings with university officials, written reports describing program status and recommendations for corrective actions. The contractor to conduct a thorough initial inspection of "hot spot" areas in specific buildings or areas on campus as identified by university officials. The contractor to maintain record keeping services of all work performed and made available to university officials within 72 hours of work.
