- Daily cleaning and sanitation of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and common areas. - Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of floors. - Emptying and sanitizing trash receptacles. - Cleaning and disinfecting restroom fixtures, sinks, mirrors, and floors. - Refilling restroom supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. - Spot cleaning walls, windows, and glass surfaces. - Periodic deep cleaning of carpets and hard floors. - Specialized cleaning services as needed, such as post-construction cleanup or event support. -Anticipate 1 custodial support from 6am-2pm and 1-2 custodial staff from 2pm-8pm daily, Monday Through Friday.
