Specifications include, but are not limited to: The summary of work includes a turn-key project to include the refresh of classrooms C-114 and C-118 on the CSN Henderson Campus. See Plans Bid Attachment 4 for full description. Summary as follows: This project consists of a tenant improvement in rooms 114 and 118 in level 1 in Building c of the Henderson Campus of the College of Southern Nevada at 700 College Drive, Henderson, Nevada 89002. The scope of work consists of swapping furniture from each one to the other, demolishing existing acoustical fabrics on the walls inside the rooms, installing new ceiling mounted projector and screen, and updating interior finishes for both rooms. The scope of work will not impact mechanical or plumbing. There is no hard construction, no occupancy type change, or occupancy load change associated. Both rooms will receive new act tiles, but the ceiling grid will remain as-is.
