Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Bidder is able to provide commercial carpentry services including but not limited to: a Rough-in and finish carpentry b Wall/drywall installation c Room remodeling d Door and door hardware installation and repair e Masonry work f Ceiling and ceiling tile/track installation 2 Contractor must furnish all materials as needed 3 Contractor is able to troubleshoot issues 4 Contractor is able to move equipment and/or furniture as needed 5 Contractor is responsible for providing accurate measurements and ultimate fit and function of materials supplied and installed through this contract. 6 All tools will be furnished by the Contractor at no additional cost to UWM. 7 All standard tools, light equipment and safety equipment furnished by the Contractor shall be included in the wages that are bid. 8 Contractor is responsible for daily clean-up related to work performed under this contract. 9 Contractor is responsible for providing accurate measurements and ultimate fit and function of materials supplied and installed through this contract.
