Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of the current pavilion to include: selective demolition of enclosure walls, screens, pass through roll up window, new commercial vent hood vent, entrance/exit from kitchen directly to outside of building, and doors. The addition of framing, store front glass windows on three sides, insulation, new siding, and drywall. A new 5-ton AC heat pump installed in the electrical/mechanical room, new ducting, and new vents installed. New electrical outlets in walls. Refurbish pass through from the kitchen to the main area complete with roll up window that is able to be secured. In the kitchen, new stove, commercial vent hood and vent installed, a new door from kitchen to outside, new countertops, and new cabinets. The new door from kitchen to outside will open to a new 10’ x 10’ concrete pad with ADA access from the outside and inside of the building. The entrance to the pavilion will need to have side barriers and handrails added for ADA compliance or remodeled to ensure slope to entrance is ADA compliant (direction is determined by cost), gaps and cracks filled and leveled on path leading to entrance. All entrances to the facility will be wood exterior doors with Trilogy DL3200IC/26D locks installed (cores provided by owner). In addition, a new well and well pump will be installed and tied into existing plumbing to the facility. On exterior of building, add two flood lights facing parking area and basketball court, LED with incorporated photocell.
