Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful contractor will agree to provide all of the unassigned vending services that currently exist. All additional unassigned vending locations and Micro Markets developed by BEN, will also become the responsibility of the successful contractor under the same conditions of performance as defined in this Scope of Work. Where additional unassigned vending locations, developed by the successful contractor, conflict with assigned vending territories previously established for BEN Operators, BEN will make the final decision as to assignment of the location to the contractor or BEN Operator. Vending machines and Micro Markets operated by the assigned contractor or any other contractor that are not listed with the Division but are located in public locations on public properties as authorized under NRS 426.630 through NRS 426.720 (not designated as Assigned Vending locations) within the assigned zone must be declared by vendor to BEN within two (2) working days after discovery. These locations, vending machines and Micro Markets will become part of the contract and the chosen contractor will be bound by the same conditions of performance as defined in this Scope of Work following approval by the Division.
