The selected firm’s responsibilities will include the following: • Research Visit Oxford’s history as an organization • Perform destination analysis to assess current tourism products and identify opportunities for demand generators • Conduct internal performance review including current staff structure, job descriptions and future Visitors Center development • Conduct stakeholder study • Help develop strategic initiatives for future of Visit Oxford and Oxford Tourism Council • Work with Executive Director and staff to create good practices of CRM use, goal-setting and onboarding of new employees • Work with staff to develop on-boarding for new hospitality and leisure businesses in Oxford • Create key performance indicators to measure and track goal achievement
