Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demo existing concrete sidewalk/entry areas. o Contractor must locate all private and public utilities under existing walks. • Install proper base material (3/4” gravel) as needed and compacted to minimum depth of 4.” • Form and repour with Redi-Mix w/Impede sealer concrete, 4,000 psi minimum with rebar reinforcement pinning into existing footings. o #3 fiberglass rebar reinforcement in 2’ on center grid. o All pours will be a minimum 5” depth. o Relevel areas to existing building entryway height and slope away from structures. o Sidewalk will have a 2% slope but remain a 5” minimum pour depth. • North end of walk will be tapered, (max 12:1 slope) texture with diamond pattern. o Cut curb and flatten spillway. • South end of walk will be tapered, two directions, north to south and east to west, (max 12:1 slope) texture with diamond pattern. • Cut and patch all blacktop areas and compact to existing with hot mix. • Install Nomaflex expansion barrier along existing building, around pillars, seal with self-leveling waterproof epoxy caulk. • Tool edges round, saw cut/hand tool control joints. • Broom finish all areas. • Removal of forms and landscaped/graded back to existing. • Maps/drawings can be found on pages 13-14. • All invoices must have all the specifics for the project listed on the invoice with date of completion.
