Comment on the design intent, basis of design, and operating parameters specified for the various building systems: A. Develop a draft project-specific commissioning plan for the construction phase. B. Develop full commissioning specifications for all commissioned life safety systems, mechanical, and electrical equipment, and controls. Commissioning specifications shall be project-specific and not "boiler plate" in format. C. Commissioning specifications shall include: a. Details of the Commissioning Process b. Detailed Description of Roles & Responsibilities for all Involved Parties c. Reporting & Document Requirements d. Systems & all associated components shall be listed. 4. Have all commissioning specifications approved by design team, as well as included in the A/E construction specifications. 5. Draft functional test procedures as an addendum that is both commissioning and project specific. 6. Functional Test Procedures will identify tolerances and set points limits to be measured and recorded. 7. Develop a test equipment list which is project-specific identifying calibration requirements, recording methods, and procedures. Construction and Acceptance Phase 1.
