THIS PROJECT IS A RENOVATION OF A SANITARY ROOM IN AN EXISTING MULTISTORY BUILDING. DEMOLITION INCLUDES REMOVAL OF CURRENT FINISHES AND MINIMAL WALL REMOVAL. CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES NEW WALLS, DOORS, ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES, PLUMBING AND FIXTURES, AND ADDITIONAL MINIMUM CEILING WORK. NO STRUCTURAL WORK IS ANTICIPATED, AND AS SUCH IS CONSIDERED "CONSTRUCTION OF A MINOR NATURE" PER KBC 1704.2. MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE WORK. AREA OF WORK TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL BY OWNER DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION. ANY DAMAGE TO THE EXISTING BUILDING MUST BE REPAIRED/REPLACED AT THE CONTRACTORS EXPENSE. THE CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO COORDINATE WITH DETERGENT VENDOR (STRYKER). THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO BE COMPLETED AS AFTER-HOURS/WEEKEND WORK.
