Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall conduct a comprehensive feasibility study on expanding postbaccalaureate program offerings at Kentucky's regional, comprehensive universities. This study is mandated by the General Assembly through Joint Resolution (SJR) 170 to evaluate the potential for new and expanded postbaccalaureate programs that align with the evolving workforce needs of the Commonwealth. The study serves as an opportunity not only to assess the feasibility of implementing specific postbaccalaureate programs at Kentucky s comprehensive universities, but it will help establish guidelines and processes for CPE and policy leaders in the evaluation and approval of future program proposals that respond to evolving workforce and economic needs within the state. Additionally, the study will help clarify and strengthen individual institutional missions to best serve the needs of the Commonwealth.
