The Town of Paradise Valley is seeking a qualified consultant to assist with a server farm refresh project- A professional services expert specializing in network technologies, who will support a server farm refresh project by planning and implementing necessary network changes, advising on next-generation implementations, ensuring best practices and standards are met, and advocating on behalf of the town when dealing with outside vendors and service providers. The expert will assess current infrastructure; develop and execute detailed network plans; configure and deploy devices; manage firewalls, DMZs, edge zone, VPN, and routing configurations; ensure quality control; and design scalable, secure network solutions. Additionally, they will offer consultancy services, conduct thorough testing, provide training and knowledge transfer to internal staff, and provide on-demand and emergency network support, ensuring successful implementation and enhanced network performance and security.
