Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror shall provide three, 55” video monitors for control that will connect to the server(s) and display live and recorded video with built in multi-configurable video windows. Monitors must support multiple views shown from the video management system as designated by the owner. These monitors will replace the current monitors. The hardware shall have the capability to display the video from up to 50 cameras per monitor in control. All hardware will be the latest version available and eligible for extended support. All software will be able to run on the latest Microsoft windows desk top operating system. Full system redundancy Successful offerors must have the ability to sub-contract wiring and cabling services and perform project management. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office, IT department, maintenance and Administrator will be actively involved with the vendor during design configuration, installation and testing process. The system will be configured with their full input and to their specifications. The final sign off shall come from Boone County Sheriff IT and Jail Administrator to determine project completion. The vendor shall list specifications and capabilities of proposed systems and equipment detail aspects of system support/maintenance warranties and be held responsible for installation and verification of initial equipment operation.
