A website design style and information architecture that highlights Sedgwick County Government’s brand strengths, qualities, and values. 3. A website designed to speak to the needs of prospective citizens and employees without sacrificing the needs of other audiences, including current taxpayers, staff, and the general public. 4. An information architecture that organizes content efficiently and logically for primary target audiences, while preserving deeper content structures to meet secondary audience needs. 5. Incorporate SEO best practices to improve site visibility and content discoverability. 6. A website visual design and strategy with a more modular, flexible, fully functional and responsive that can display across many screen sizes and devices. 7. A web styling that is streamlined and named to indicate semantic purpose rather than physical appearance, to guide editors to use appropriate and consistent styling according to their intended communicative purpose. 8. Guidance on best practices for content structure & navigation to assist in building a website style & best practices procedure to implement after project completion. 9. Acquire a solution meeting the parameters, conditions, and mandatory requirements presented in the document. 10. Establish contract pricing for maintenance, support, and professional service hours with the vendor that has the best proven “track record” in performance, service, and customer satisfaction. 11.
