1. Locate and evaluate site(s) that can accommodate a possible future public works facility. 2. Provide Village engineer with property access and data to evaluate property conditions including, but not limited to survey and soil boring contractors and equipment. 3. Coordinate executed easements associated with the site for use as a public works facility. 4. Analyze and advise the Village of Shorewood with respect to negotiations. 5. Provide weekly updates to the Village Manager on site location progress. 6. Provide updates to the Village Board, including meeting attendance at meetings as required. 7. Represent the Village in negotiations with property owners from the time of offer until closing. 8. Coordinate real estate transaction closings. 9. Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.
