Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Resource Enforcement is seeking a qualified organization to manage a Pet Incentive spay/neuter drive on the Navajo Nation to assist in addressing the 250,000-pet overpopulation crisis in most Navajo Nation communities. Pay incentive payments to individuals to obtain pet spay and neuter services that reside within the boundaries of the Navajo Nation. Verify information from spay/neuter clinics or veterinarians and ensure spay or neuter services have been conducted, which will lnclude microchipping of pets. Work with the Department of Resource Enforcement in organizing and facilitating the incentive payments. Provide statistical and project end report of services provided.
