Specifications include, but are not limited to: 26.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and chain-of-custody documents as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. 26.2.The Vendor shall supply properly preserved containers, cooler, Chain of Custody documents, delivery, and sample pick up to and from all fish hatcheries listed in paragraph 35 within 10 days (sample pick up through analysis and reporting) with the exception of the Powder Mill Hatchery which shall be 7 days and Berlin Fish Hatchery. Berlin Fish Hatchery staff will be responsible for pick up and drop off of samples and supplies. The State shall coordinate 24 hours in advance of container drop off or pick up. 26.3. NPDES Permits available upon request. Please note: Five of the six hatchery NPDES permits were recently renewed, and Berlin is in the renewal process. Sampling types and frequencies may change during the duration of this contract-some are monthly, most are quarterly, Powder Mill is weekly, formaldehyde analysis is only “when present” (only when formalin is being used for treatment, weekly).
