Remove existing exterior parapet walls and metal roof panel mansard fascia. Remove existing roof drains. Install new wood framing to raise existing parapet walls on top of marriage truss parapets. Bldgs 200, 300: Install TPO metal retrofit roof system RhinoBond attachment method over existing Type R metal roof panels (exposed fasteners). Install TPO membrane over ¼” gypsum cover board over 1 ½” rigid iso insulation board + EPS rigid flute fill insulation board.
