Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Mass Transit Agency, County of Hawaii is posting a Notice of and Request for Sole Source procurement to implement a vanpool program to transport passengers between residential and commuter areas. The vanpool program would supplement the Hele-On fixed route transit system and would be a cost share between the County and vanpool group. Additional details are in the attached posting. Vendors objecting to this Notice of and Request for Sole Source shall respond to this notice by uploading their written comments through Public Purchase prior to the request's end date, addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. Any objections will be provided to the Chief Procurement Officer prior to any action being taken regarding this request.
