• Hold plumbing license in the State of Georgia. • Provide all labor and equipment (lifts, ladders and tools etc.) needed to complete any assigned project. • Ensure all work is completed by an appropriately licensed technician using best trade practices and meet applicable state or local codes. • Perform all work duties in accordance with all safety regulations for protection of workmen and Fulton County Schools' property. • Be responsible for providing all parts and materials to complete the assigned project. • Provide all new parts. • Warranty all work for a period of 30 days following the work. • Schedule some work projects to be completed after normal business hours and on weekends due to the nature of a school system environment. • Provide a detailed invoice at completion of work listing all materials used, labor hours for standard hourly rate and overtime rate.
