Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State will award one contract for a full range of machine based vending services and Micro Markets in northern Nevada for unassigned vending locations. Northern Nevada Vending Locations contains a current list of unassigned vending machines located in each property. One vendor will be awarded the independent contract under the following conditions: The successful contractor will agree to provide all of the unassigned vending services that currently exist. All additional unassigned vending locations and Micro Markets developed by BEN, will also become the responsibility of the successful contractor under the same conditions of performance as defined in this Scope of Work. Where additional unassigned vending locations, developed by the successful contractor, conflict with assigned vending territories previously established for BEN Operators, BEN will make the final decision as to assignment of the location to the contractor or BEN Operator. Vending machines and Micro Markets operated by the assigned contractor or any other contractor that are not listed with the Division but are located in public locations on public properties as authorized under NRS 426.630 through NRS 426.720 (not designated as Assigned Vending locations) within the assigned zone must be declared by vendor to BEN within two (2) working days after discovery.
