Specifications include, but are not limited to: II. SCOPE OF REQUEST A. Quantity: Average of 82,500 gallons of diesel and 95,500 gallons of unleaded per year B. Criteria: The entity selected would install City Point of Sale (POS) system if needed where a retail transaction will take place, provide necessary equipment to receive inventory reading from our current Veeder-Root tank monitoring systems, Maintain and price inventory, coordinate Maintenance for the tanks, dispenser, POS system and Veeder- Root. The City of Burlington will pay for Cost of Maintenance. The entity will provide Fleet Cards to be used at the dispensers and provide an alternative, if needed, that allow the Fleet Cards to be used at any filling station should the depot be inaccessible or not functioning. The Fleet card reporting system needs to be able to send automated reports to an FTP site for our Fleet Management software (RTA Fleet Management) to use for processing fuel transactions.
