Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase to contract with the North Dakota Tribal College System (NDTCS) to successfully implement a digital literacy program for adults within North Dakota’s five Tribal Colleges. NDTCS will develop and pilot the program. State will own final program deliverable to be shared with Workforce, Adult Education Centers, and other elibible stakeholders. This program will empower Tribal members by bridging the digital divide and equipping them with essential digital literacy skills, thereby enabling their success in navigating and thriving in today's rapidly evolving technological landscape. Twenty (20) adult Tribal members at each of the five (5) Tribal Colleges will receive digital literacy training.
