Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall provide professional services as a responsible member of the project team and in accordance with the Standard of Care, with the goal of providing Owner with a complete usable facility meeting the Owner’s program requirements. The scope of this Contract covers Services during pre-design, design, permitting, construction, post construction and warranty for the Project described below. The purpose of this Project is to convert the existing Oregon Army National Guard (“ORARNG”) CPQC Range at the Rees Training Center (“RTC”) to improve operational readiness. Design will include but is not limited to removal of the existing pneumatic target control system and replace with a new electrical/mechanical system; removal and salvage of the pneumatic target system and controls as needed; modify the existing target coffins and abutments as needed; and install new target lifters and control system, as well as any other associated work incidental towards project completion. Antiterrorism measures in accordance with the DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for building standards will be provided.
