Specifications include, but are not limited to: Staking, Bonding, & insurance; 4" Ductile Iron Pipe; Crushed Stone (ARDOT Class 7) Backfill for Water Line; 4' Dia. Cast-in-Place Manhole, 6' Depth; Maintenance of Traffic. 1.01 Work A. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, services, and documentation necessary to construct the Project defined herein. The Work may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. B. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. 5 th & WALNUT WATER & SEWER REPLACEMENT which the replacement of a total of approximately 236 LF of 8î DIP water main and 110 LF of 8î PVC sewer main with associated manholes, fire hydrants, steel casing, aggregate backfill and other appurtenances. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located at the intersection of 5th Street and Walnut St. in Rogers, AR
