Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bartow County is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Construction Management at Risk services for the construction of a 2.0 MGD Wastewater Treatment Facility and discharge diffuser into the Etowah River. Firms will be required to collaborate with the County and the Design Engineer during the pre-construction and construction phase in project planning, estimating, value engineering, arrangements of bid packages, bidding and award of the trade contracts, and management of construction until completion. The Project Scope shall include but is not limited to the design of an Influent Pump Station, EQ Tank, EQ Pump Station, Odor Control System, Bioreactor, Membrane Filtration System, UV Disinfection, Aerobic Sludge Holding Tank, Dewatering Facility, Cascade Aeration, Chemical Feed System and Effluent Discharge Structure for the entire max month average daily flow (MMADF) of 2.0 MGD. The project is to be designed and constructed in two phases using the construction management at risk (CMAR) delivery method.
