Specifications include, but are not limited to: Colquitt County is requesting bids on minor sheetrock repair and painting, specifications listed below: • Complete interior to be painted, match existing colors • All trim to be painted using paint comparable to Corotech oil base industrial enamel high gloss finish (low VOC) • Any sheetrock repairs will be the responsibility of the contractor • Wall paint comparable to Ultra Spec eggshell finish, color to match existing • Ceiling paint to match existing color • Exterior door frames to be painted to match existing color • Two coats of paint to be applied on all painted surfaces • All materials needed will be supplied by contractor • Any cleanup is the responsibility of the contractor • Site visit mandatory • Any and all furniture to be moved will be the responsibility of the contractor
